Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the SEER REAL website operated by Seer Real -AI- UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Paid consulting services are governed by separate written agreements (SOW / contract) that prevail in case of conflict.

1. Scope and audience

This website is directed at business customers (B2B) in the DACH/EU region. Content describes production AI consulting — stack assessments, production implementation sprints, and platform operations retainers — not consumer software products.

2. No professional legal advice

Materials on EU AI Act readiness, governance, and compliance describe technical architecture and engineering evidence. They do not constitute legal advice. Regulatory classification and submissions remain your responsibility with qualified counsel.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, playbooks, radar frameworks, and downloadable resources are protected by copyright. You may download resources for internal business use. Redistribution, resale, or public republication without written permission is prohibited.

4. Service engagements

• Stack assessments — Fixed-scope diagnostics (Standard from €4,500; Regulated multi-team from €8,500) delivered in 10–15 business days unless otherwise agreed.
• Production Implementation Sprints — Fixed-price implementation (from €18,000). Assessment fees are credited toward a sprint or Private LLM Platform Package booked within 90 days of assessment delivery, unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Private LLM Platform Package — Fixed-price self-hosted open-source LLM, RAG, and LLMOps scaffold (from €24,000) for AWS, Azure, GCP, and bare metal.
• Platform Operations Retainers — Monthly platform support from €6,000/month, scoped per agreement.

Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Final quotes are confirmed after scoping. Engagements require mutual signature before work begins.

5. Limitation of liability (website)

We provide website content without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Liability for consulting deliverables is defined in the applicable service contract.

7. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from these website terms is Berlin, Germany, where legally permissible for B2B parties.
